Lindsey + Sam

Sam and I met at a local coffee shop, where I was working at the time. He was a regular there and came in every morning to get his black coffee. Then, a couple of months after I started working there, he followed me on Instagram. We had no mutual friends on Instagram, so I had no idea how he found me. Because of this, I decided to DM him. I sent him a message saying, “how the heck did you find me?”. He told me that I came up as a person that he may know, so he decided to follow me. We started talking back and forth for a little while and then he asked me out on a date. 

For our engagement, Sam took me up to New Hampshire during my February vacation (I work at an elementary school). He said that he had a surprised planned for that Sunday. Sam drove me to the Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge, NH. His mom drove up for this moment to help set everything up. She put rose petals down all along the aisle. As Sam was walking me down, he played the song “I Can Only Imagine” by MercyMe on a speaker. Then, he got down on one knee and proposed. He had a photographer come and everything for it!

We are both looking forward to our Wildflower wedding! We can not wait to get married there with the mountains in the background just like where we got engaged!
